Susan Compton-Colonial Bank
Susan
Compton is executive vice president and senior lender for Colonial Bank. As
senior lender, Compton manages all corporate lending functions for the bank,
including commercial and industrial, commercial real estate, healthcare and
residential real estate lending for the Birmingham region which includes
Tuscaloosa and Walker Counties. Prior to joining Colonial Bank, she was a
commercial lender and subsequently the senior lender at a bank in Tuscaloosa for
17 years.
Compton has served on the Allocation committee for the United Way and as a
Trustee for the Chamber for the last two years.

John Stivender-Doster Construction Company
As
Senior Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer for Doster Construction Company,
John Stivender is responsible for all aspects of the company’s marketing
program. He coordinates the strategic focus of Doster’s seven offices and is
personally involved in sales with numerous major clients and prospects.
Stivender serves as a board member of the National Association of Industrial and
Office Properties. He is a Community Board Member of Operation New Birmingham
and is actively involved with the Economic Development Association of Alabama,
Monday Morning Quarterback Club, and The Newcomen Society. He is a past member
of the Leadership Class of the Multiple Sclerosis Society (1999).

Bill Todd-O2ideas
Bill
Todd is president of O2ideas Public Relations. He is responsible for strategic
PR, account supervision, staff administration and business development. He has
22 years' experience in PR and television news. Todd's expertise includes media
relations, labor and crisis communications, governmental relations, and media
training. Before joining O2ideas, he spent a 14-year career at BellSouth as a
spokesman and as a finance manager for BellSouth Business Systems. From
1983-1987, he was an editor/reporter/producer for WVTM-TV. He has a B.A. from
the University of Alabama, an M.A. from UAB, an M.B.A. from Auburn University,
and is Accredited in Public Relations (APR).

Bill Murray-Integral Hospitality Solutions
Bill
Murray founded Integral Hospitality Solutions in February 2003. In less than
three years, Integral has grown into a nationally recognized hotel management
company, operating over thirty properties across the country.
Integral was selected to manage Birmingham’s Holiday Inn Airport in September of
last year. This was followed three months later by the announcement that
Integral would be part of a partnership that would purchase the renowned
Tutwiler Hotel. Both hotels are critical hospitality assets for visitors to the
Magic City and both will undergo complete renovations over the next few months.

Darlene Rotch-Panorama Public Relations
A
member of the Alabama business community since 1980, Darlene Rotch is president
and CEO of Panorama Public Relations, a public relations consulting firm
offering strategic communications planning for businesses and organizations,
including crisis management, issues management and development of community
relations programs. Rotch also founded Strategia Hispanic Marketing in 2000, the
first consulting firm in Alabama to help companies market to the Hispanic
community.
Rotch currently serves on the board of directors for the Alabama Institute for
the Deaf and Blind and Pathways, is co-chair of Pathways’ annual Sporting Clays
Shoot, and is a Trustee for the Magic City Art Connection. She is a member of
the Public Relations Society of America, including its Environmental Section,
and Manufacture Alabama, serving on the Alabama Commission on Infrastructure and
the Environmental Committee.

Frances Smith of AAA-Alabama
AAA-Alabama’s
Chairman, President and CEO, Frances M. Smith, has spent her life serving
AAA-Alabama members. She served as executive secretary, executive vice president
and for the past 21 years as president and CEO. In 2002, she was elected as
Chair of the AAA-Alabama Board of Directors.
Smith is one of only five female AAA CEOs in the nation. She has left her mark
on the national organization through her service on many workgroups and
committees, including the prestigious AAA Strategic Business Committee, the AAA
Club Publications Alliance and through her appointment as a delegate to the
White House Conference on Tourism. Her participation and involvement on a
national level brought an Alabama and southern viewpoint to many important
issues over the past 20 years.

Spencer Weitman of National Cement Company
Spencer
Weitman is president of National Cement Company and CEO of Kirkpatrick Concrete,
Inc. Founded in 1910, National Cement has been a major supplier of cement for
the Southeast United States. Kirkpatrick, founded in 1892, delivers concrete to
customers throughout Alabama. Both companies employ more than 450 individuals.
Weitman joined National Cement in 1989 as manager of development and was
promoted to president in 1993. He has served as the Chairman of Blue Springs
Nature Park as well as on the Boards of the Portland Cement Association,
American Concrete Paving Association, Alabama Concrete Industries Association,
American Concrete Paving Association – Alabama, Hoover Country Club and the
Sporting Clay Advisory Committee for Pathways.

Mac Moorer of Lightfoot, Franklin & White, LLC
Mac
M. Moorer is the managing member of Lightfoot, Franklin & White, LLC, a 54
attorney litigation boutique concentrating on representing Fortune 500 companies
in civil litigation throughout Alabama and adjacent states.
Moorer currently serves as Chairman of ONB, is a member of the Leadership
Birmingham Class of 2001, immediate past president of the Kiwanis Club of

Foundation Board, Chairman of the Mountain Brook Anti-Drug Coalition, and serves

John Beard of Alacare Home Health & Hospice
Birmingham-based
Alacare Home Health & Hospice began providing Alabama’s Medicare patients
in-home nursing, therapy and personal care in February of 1972. John Beard
joined Alacare in November of 1976 and currently serves as Alacare's Chairman
and president.
In 2002, Beard was selected by the Birmingham Business Journal for its initial
class of the “Birmingham Top 100 in HealthCare.” In 2004, Alacare was awarded
the Chamber’s Small Business of the Year.
Beard serves on numerous boards including the Alabama Quality Assurance
Foundation, Visitors of the Capstone College of Nursing at the University of
Alabama, Counselors of the UAB Center for Aging, Counselors of the Auburn
University School of Nursing and the Alzheimer’s of Central Alabama. He also
serves on the Alabama Nurses’ Foundation and is an adjunct professor at UAB’s
School of Health Related Professions. Beard is the 2005-2006 president of the
Shades Valley Rotary Club.

Joe McGee of Legacy Community Federal Credit Union
Joe McGee
is president and CEO of Legacy Community Federal Credit Union located in Birmingham.
McGee is active in the credit union industry where he serves on the Board of
Directors as secretary for the Executive Committee and chairman of the Audit
Committee for Birmingham-based, credit union owned data processing company EPL,
Inc. He also sits on the Executive Committee of the Credit Union Managers
Association of Alabama as its treasurer and serves as an at-large member of the
Audit Committee for the Alabama Credit Union League.
McGee serves on the National Board of Representatives and on the regional Board
of Trustees for the Alabama / Gulf Coast Chapter for the Leukemia Lymphoma
Society. He was also recently selected to serve on the Board of the Greater
Alabama Council, Boy Scouts of America.
