Capital Expenditure Report

Who are the businesses that are just breaking ground throughout the region? You could drive around with a clipboard in your car, but that's going to be time consuming and expensive. A smarter way is to just download the list from the Chamber. This is a great sales prospect list for many businesses.

Newcomer Reports

Could it help your business or organization to know who the people are that have moved into the area? Each month, we can provide you with a zip code sorted list of new residents in your business area. Many real estate, beauty salons, churches and insurance members have reported great successes in using this list as a marketing report.

Planning or Considering a Move List

As you can imagine, each month, prospective newcomers to our city call the Birmingham Regional Chamber of Commerce seeking information on living here. We provide them with this information, of course, but we provide their names and addresses to members who are interested in marketing to them. Needless to say, a potential gold mine for members such as those in real estate!

New Business License Report

Every month, the Chamber's research staff gets the name of businesses that have just received their business license. We research their telephone number and call them to seek the business owner name, number of employees and what category of business they are in.
